Jeff is first and foremost, a humane groomer. This is not a one-size-fits-all, factory line. This is personalized, custom care. Jeff grooms one dog at a time. No crates of dogs barking or whimpering. It is quiet and relaxed. Jeff is nonjudgmental. If your dog’s coat is shaggy, challenging, possibly a little matted, Jeff understands that life happens. Jeff cares about your dog having a positive experience: he will forego perfection if the cost to your dog is too high. He will skip the blow out if your dog is afraid. He will shave or close crop your dog rather than spend hours combing out knots and creating a negative experience for your dog. That is not to say that my dogs don’t look fabulous when Jeff is finished grooming them. They do and that’s important to Jeff. But more importantly, my dogs are happy, hydrated and themselves when I pick them up: I can tell they’ve been groomed with gentle care."

"Jeff was so great with our dog Goldie. We did not have a good previous experience boarding Goldie at someone else's house so we were very apprehensive to leave Goldie again when we had to go out of town. Jeff reassured us he had a great and safe system in place for all his dogs and reassured us that Goldie would be taken care of as if she was his own dog. During our trip, Jeff sent daily updates with pictures and a text about how she was doing. He was also able to groom her before we picked her up, which was SO helpful! Additionally, Jeff was able to drop Goldie back to us when we returned which again was very helpful after a long day of traveling. We can tell Goldie was very well taken care of and had an amazing time with Jeff and the K9 crew! She did not have any diarrhea (which happened after the previous stay during that bad experience in someone else's care) and she was her same happy self upon return to us. We can't thank Jeff enough for giving our dog the love and attention while we were away.
