Reviews of CVS Pharmacy
"This is my pharmacy since 3 years ago. Always nice pharmacist and good service."
"I had a very dissatisfactory experience with an apathetic pharmacist this evening while trying to pick up my prescription. In the past, my interactions were pleasant. In particular, Judy Moy is a compassionate pharmacist that displays excellent brand representation. That level of quality clearly does not extend to the evening staff. To the curt and dismissive pharmacist I dealt with today: While I understand you may be getting the same questions over and over during the ADHD medication shortage, just saying that everyone has a shortage and declining to check stock on alternatives (that my Dr recommended and offered to prescribe no less) leaves a blemish on CVS Caremark brand. The CVS website even states that you will offer to find an alternate pharmacy to fill a prescription, but walking away and not dealing with a customer base is apparently equally acceptable. I'm sorry you are frustrated dealing with the uncomfortable task of dealing with the same questions as nauseam; I assure it is even more uncomfortable going cold turkey on a scheduled drug while having to deal with falling asleep at random times during the day. There wasn't even a line, which demonstrates you could care less. While you may not care about customers, I care enough to point out that you did a bad job. You embarrassed the CVS brand and demonstrates an indifference most would only reserve for a cockroach. To CVS overall: I don't fault pharmacies for the current shortage, but I do fault CVS for poor customer service in their employee base. There is plenty of free HR training available online to address such conduct, especially when it comes to the neurodivergent community. CVS Pharmacists are seeing people when they are in need of a prescription and compassion, not dismissiveness and a wanton display of disdain. Bad job CVS. Bad job."
"I had the best experience at the Congressional CVS today. Not only was my prescription filled quickly, but the pharmacist came out to talk to me about its interactions with my other meds, how to take the new meds so as not to interfere with my other daily drugs and what foods to avoid. This is the first time in my MANY years of picking up prescriptions that I had such personal service. I regret not getting her name."
"I felt rage after visiting this pharmacy. Incredibly slow. I waited in the pickup line, then when I got to the front they told me I needed to wait in another line to confirm my insurance. Wish I had checked the other reviews. Maybe the customers will drop to 1 per hour and their staff can keep up. Seems like they do a lot of business from all the packages behind the counter."
"stay away from this CVS - I was there for 5 minutes and went to the manager to complain about terrible customer service and 2 other people were at the same time complaining of the same employee. Her name is Barbara Brown and when I asked if she could help me she was rude, vulgar and at one point I thought she was going to hit me, when I said it was OK I could help myself, her answer was "good" ! - definitely mentally unbalanced and should not be dealing with customers. Hopefully CVS headquarters can do something about this - bottom line ! stay away from this CVS -"
