"They have some nice things but it's far and in between. The item dosen't looks or fits like the picture on there site.. Especially when shopping online there sizes chart it's not the best. I'm not ordering from them anymore because they don't give free shipping and if you have to return an item it's a $7.95 fee unless you bring back to the store that's too much trouble for me."

"Very beautiful, seaside inspired store. The design of the store is impeccable. The prices are reasonable. Love how the staff give you space to shop instead of pressuring you to make a purchase."

"I literally just moved to Maryland from the West Coast two days ago, and this was my first visit to J.Crew Factory at this location to see if I could exchange an item. The woman that worked there (Irene) was so patient and kind in helping me, it made my day. I felt so frazzled from the move and she was so friendly, gracious and kind. J. Crew factory is very lucky to have someone like Irene. I think anyone would be happy to meet her. I will be back! Thank you again Irene for making my day!"

"Pretty standard J Crew. Nothing that really stands out other than it's an outlet store and things are on sale. Their clearance rack for men and women are filled with a large selection. Everything is well organized and unfolded clothes are nowhere to be found. I would definitely stop in and see if you can find anything. Dont expect to see their full line though."

"Disappointed in this particular J. Crew store. Visited on Monday. The store was a mess! No one was there to assist customers and clothes were everywhere. Nothing was folded. The kids section looked like they dumped a box of clothes on the tables and left it. I have never seen a J. Crew store this way. I was there in the morning so I was surprised to see it in that condition."
