CVS Pharmacy

"I consistently come in and get told to come back the following day or several days later only to be told that the prescription is out of stock or that they can't fill it that day so I should back a different day.... Again... They have told me that I'll "receive a text message when the prescription is ready" which, again, consistently does not happen. They are a waste of time and I would strongly suggest that you look for a different pharmacy even if it's twice the distance. Definitely would not recommend, unless you're a fan of getting nothing done."

"This pharmacy is a joke. My doctor sent this pharmacy a prescription and I went to pick it up and I was informed they don’t have the name brand in stock (because that’s what is covered by my insurance - but the generic was in stock). They order it, but it doesn’t come in when they said it would. It’s ordered again, still does not come in when they say it would. Next time around the medicine comes in and I was informed that there is an issue processing my prescription and my insurance would not allow me to have it and that no other pharmacy in a 20 mile radius has what I need. I call my insurance and relay the problem. My insurance confirms that the name brand and generic brand are both insured by them. Therefore making my visits to this location for nothing since I could of had my prescription on the first visit. I asked my insurance to give my another pharmacy and they did and guess what I GOT MY PRESCRIPTION ON THE FIRST VISIT, NO ISSUES AT ALL. The lack of professionalism is absurd at this pharmacy."

"Worst CVS Pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of utilizing. Waited over an hour in line as the pharmacy staff worked at a snail’s pace. When I reached the counter I was told only one prescription could be retrieved and when I made a quick phone call to inquire as to why only one was able to be retrieved, I was ignored by pharmacy staff and forced to wait in line again while they continued to work at the slowest pace imaginable so I could re-queue and speak to the staff again regarding my initial interaction."

"Came 10 minutes early for 3pm appointment for flu shot, covid shot Store manager talked to two pharmacy employees about the experience of working on Sundays and then called people in front of the customers to schedule job interviews and discuss applicants experience and where they lived. After 45 minutes I asked if the appointment was still going to happen. I was told "the person who does that isn't here today so maybe we'll get to you but maybe not. Go somewhere else if you want""

"Dont schedule a Vaccine appointment here. Showed early for a 5:45 appointment, waited over an hour. Multiple other people in line also waited 1+ hour or left before getting theirs. Abysmal organization, the poor pharmacy manager needs more help."
