"Bought this cooler for a kayak and it didn't fit. Decided to return it because I found a better fitting cooler for my kayak and this store refused to take it back even though I had the receipt. They told me that this cooler was not returned in "new" condition. Does this cooler not look new to you? They complained that there was sand and literally a drop of water on the inside. It only took 1 baby wipe to clean it, they still wouldn't take it because they couldn't put it out on the shelves to resell. We're in the middle of a pandemic and you're telling me you'd put this cooler right back out on the shelves to resell?! That's unsanitary, Lord knows who had this cooler b4 me in that case. Once I brought that up to them, they complained about me even returning the cooler. As a customer service worker, I understand not wanting to touch customer items right now, but by the time they started complaining, it was too late, they already had opened the cooler and put thier hands in it and all the sudden, they're afraid to touch it now? They then claimed that I bought it to use it for what I needed and take it back, when that wasn't true because I bought another cooler. This cooler simply didn't fit my kayak. LONG STORY SHORT: The customer service is mediocre. The employees are rude and contradicting. I've had better service at a children's lemonade stand than this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"
"Ordered a fireplace and got home to unbox only to find a broken piece. Called back to replace but they had no others in stock. Call r manufacturer and for weeks gave me the run around and never sent the replacement piece meanwhile 600 dollars worth of wood were sitting in my living room floor. Called back to this store and asked if I could just switch out the broken piece and they said they had none in stock. But the employee then called around to other stores and found one and let me come in and switch it right on the spot. Not bad for customer service."
