"I wish i could leave half a star. I had a terrible experience at this store. The manager on duty was Horrible and did not know the stores correct policy on a coupon. Nor would he contact a higher authority or another store to find out if what i was saying was correct. He completely brushed me off as if i was wrong and was very unprofessional. I refused to spend my money in the store. I could go on and on about how the situation was handled wrong but i rather not at this moment. I tried to escalate the situation to the district manager i believe which is Kelly and she has been completely unresponsive and has ignored my emails and corporates emails i guess to contact me to rectify the matter at hand. I have spent thousands on clothes since they have brought the retail stores to my area but poor customer service and an even worse response from higher ups and tommy hilfiger's customer service line have completely pushed me away. I have never had any of these problems with Ralph Lauren and i guess that's where i will continue to support from now on out. I suggest everyone else do the same. Ps none of the employees were wearing name tags so i was unable to get any of their names."
"I am a very loyal customer of Tommy but after this experience I am not coming back at all!!!! I came to the Tommy store at Arundel Mill Mall to return a dress. Since the company has 30 days return policy and I have only until Monday to return. Since today is the day after Black Friday, I spent over half and hour to look for parking space and I am so disappointed to receive this kind of treatment from the Tommy store. Be aware, according to the cashier Farah, there is no return during the weekend! First time in my life, I heard that there is no return during the weekend. What kind of policy is that? And the. She insisted that since it is holiday season, I still have until January 31 to return my item. To be honest I have never heard anything like this after being a loyal customer of Tommy. So I asked her to write down what she said that I have until January 31 to return and also to include her name on it so I have some evidence to prove if Tommy store does not take my return after the 30 days return policy. However, Farah became so impatient and reluctant to write it, after standing there for over 10 mins around the counter she wrote “until January 31” but refuse to wrote her name. Then she became very aggressive and refuse to write her name, yelling that “I am not doing any crime why would I give you my name”. I requested to see the manager at first she said store manager is at the back so I said I can wait to see her then she called the security implying to chase me and my friends out of the store! Oh my god, seriously, you call security for not able to return the item to a customer? Then I explain to the security that we need to return a dress and want to see the store manager then the security said the store manager is not on duty which is different from what Farah said. Now I know how unprofessional is the Tommy employees, yelling at customers, and try to make a big scene for just a return. After confirming with Tommy customer service, there is no such thing that they extend return policy for the holiday season until January 31. What Farah said is not realible!"
