"The hotel staff were amazing. The room was comfy but would I say 3000+ for a few days comfy. No. Park was across the street but the view was the courtyard. It’s just a cement square with no activity. Only problem I had was the room had an odor when we would turn the air off."

The hotel and rooms are very clean, only in some rooms there is noise from the air conditioner at night. the employees are very polite and helpful but one of the employees in third party restaurant they work with is very rude and not helpful."

It provides you with a anything and everything you could ask for making them offer simply a full service menu. If there is something they may not offer they will go out of there way to find an alternative or way to fulfill your request. Highly highly recommend. Beyond the top tier genuine customer service. The beautifully maintained building and history is something you should learn about during your stay. Locate is A+ as well. Across from Central Park. Far enough away from congestion of tourists but extremely close (walking distance) to meet all your shopping and NYC visit needs!"
"My family and I had an amazing experience at this hotel. EVERYONE was super welcoming, kind and helpful. Rooms were immaculate and beautiful. We stood in a breath taking suite. There were fresh flowers in every room including the bathrooms. There was a welcome card with chocolates. Fridge was stocked with waters and sodas. The suite was spacious and inviting. The views were spectacular. Location was perfect. Staff was amazing!!! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and made it very clear they were available for assistance at anytime. A++++ hotel and staff!!! Best hotel I have stood in without a doubt!"
