Reviews
"I was charged for unnecessary things that I was not made aware of. The doctor told us someone would go over the bill with us before anything and no one ever did! They just proceeded with their services and it wasn't until I asked for a print out of the bill that I realized the additional fees. When asked for a managers email they refuse to provide one and just tell you to call in. Lastly, they take zero accountability for the bad communication on their end."
"First of all, the wait was 20 mins long. Which isn’t a bad thing but it was annoying. Then we meet the doctor, Ms kruger and she had a bad attitude. They gave us medicine for our pet without telling us the problem. Then they charged us almost 400 dollars for a rabies shot and a 20 minute wait? We didn’t agree to blood test cause of extra cost. The second time was worse, the wait time was longer, and the same doctor had an attitude. She argued with me over the medication working or not. So unprofessional. What kind of doctor argues with their patient? This one apparently. She recommends surgery and prescribed this medicine. The bill is 200 this time. But for what? Medicine and attitude? Their medicine works but their doctor is unprofessional ."
"Took our 2 month old puppy here today. What a great experience. For one this appointment was last minute and the fit us in. They was so friendly and awesome. The wait time was so short it shocked me. They cared for our baby so sweetly. This was her first vet appointment at that. We found our permanent doctor. Thank you guys for taking such good care of our fur baby."
"Had an appointment today cause my dog had an ear infection and his left ear was swollen. The veterinarian that consulted me was an Asian veterinarian. It wasn't the usual lady veterinarian, that takes care of my dog. Anyway, he starts telling me that my dog needs surgery to drain and close the wond etc and begins telling me that since he's gonna be on anesthesia, he should also be neutered, get his teeth cleaned, and remove the bump on his head. Mind you my dog is 8 years old, is intact, and has a bump on his head that hasn't grown much ever since he was 5 years old. I told him that I ain't gonna do all that and that I ain't neutering my dog. Starts telling me that in 2 year's he might get prostate cancer or some other medical thing. He was very adamant of getting my dog neutered. I tell him no. And then he starts saying that I'm gonna regret it and that I'm gonna come back all sad and crying. Like, what. I came here to get my dog's ears check. He didn't even do anything. Instead he prescribed an ointment and other charges like blood test( which they haven't done) and other things when I haven't even agreed to the surgery yet. They were charging me $470 told the receptionist why they charging that. And I told them to remove that extra charge they're doing and that I haven't even decided if I want to do the surgery or not. Ended up paying $158. For next visit( if it ever happens) I'm always gonna ask if my dog's original veterinarian is their. Otherwise I ain't coming. Not gonna waste my time with some guy that wants to get money out of me and charge me for procedures that they haven't done. Very unprofessional behavior. Can't believe a veterinarian can't accept a no as an answer. If he's so worry about prostate cancer then he should neuter himself. Not my dog"
"On Friday I had an appointment for my beautiful lab Coco, who has been having hip and walking difficulties for a few days. I took her to see her vet Dr. Krieger, who has seen her for a few years for basic care and vaccinations. I was definitely scared for her so my husband had to take her in while awaited outside. Dr. Krieger walked in asked what was going on with Coco, my husband described her issue, she says well let’s get an x- ray to diagnose her. I come in a ask what’s going on the assistant explained she needed an x-ray so we agreed. They take Coco away and about 5 min later the assistant comes back with a bill for $823.00 which includes an X-ray fo $175 and 2 other x-rays for at another $110. Blood test for $230, sedation for $117 plus the office visit for $70 and last but not least medication $ 120. Yet, she hasn’t been diagnosed but they already know what medication to give her ? But that’s not the worst thing, I now have to explain I cannot afford the charge and ask what can we do. The assistant says let me talk to the Dr. 5 min later here comes another assistant with Coco, she hands Coco over to me and says you can take her to the ASPCA. I was so confused because I couldn’t afford $823. They were not willing to help Coco? They didn’t even try to offer a payment plan? Or try another way with less charges. So, I did as they suggested I left. I then get a call from the office because they had prepared medication for her and I didn't pay the office visit. I explained I didn’t want the medication for $110 dollars when the medication was offered before a diagnosis was even given and that particular medication can also be bought on line for less then $20.00 and since the Dr didn’t give her an exam I wasn’t going to pay the $70 visit charge. I was then repeatedly chastised by text from either the assistant or the Dr. I explained how offended and hurt I was at the treatment Coco and I received, at no point during our 10 min visit did they put my Coco well being first. I understand it’s a business but there are better ways of handling such issues. Sad to say this is not a place you should bring your best friend for care unless you have money a lot of it!"
