"This hotel had extremely bad customer service. I was there for several days to speak at a workshop for federal employees. My room had a broken refrigerator and a broken coffee maker. I told the hotel about this and they did not address either. The "comforter" on the bed was about as thin as most people's sheets are. For the conference room that we rented, it was supposed to accommodate 70 people but was only set up to accommodate 48. No one assisted us in preparing the room - we had to move in a large wooden podium manually with no assistance from the hotel. No one helped us set up A/V such as the projector. At the end of day one, the trash cans were overflowing and we asked for them to be emptied, only to show up the next morning and find nothing changed. The evaluations from attendees frequently commented on how bad the conference room was, with lack of electrical outlets, coffee, or even water being cited. In addition people complained that it was "dingy" and "tired". I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere."

"Great hotel, staff very friendly, good area not too far from downtown definitely will be visiting again when I’m in the area. Love the parking garage. Rooms were good, shower water could have been more hotter but overall nice stay."

"The paper thin walls let you hear more than enough noise from the neighbors. I walked through the lobby this morning and one of the hotel staff members were having a full-on screaming match with another person, as several other people looked on, as if it were a live episode of Jerry Springer. The location is really the only thing this hotel has going for it, and I think I’ll stay elsewhere if I have to return to the area."

"The lovely spacious room with large bathroom was quite comfortable. However the food options and amenities listed on the website were not accurate. It was also strange that coffee was free one morning but the previous morning it was for purchase. There was no one working the "grab and go" breakfast and there was very little available anyway. Front desk offered a list of restaurants when I questioned her about where to go for food but the only breakfast option was a Starbucks down the block."

"Location is great, and it was a pretty clean nice stay for the price. Two things I think could improve are: 1) Check-in is at 4pm. I really don't like when hotels do this, when the industry standard is 3pm, and they still want you to checkout by 11am; 2) Housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:20am. They should know I haven't checked out yet, and if they don't know one way or the other, they shouldn't knock in my opinion."
