"I ran into the bakery to find a last minute cake for my sons 4th birthday. Not only did the kind lady provide fresh gluten free cupcakes for one of my guests but Adam was so kind to make the dragon design pull apart cupcakes I wanted within 20 minutes!!! I couldn't believe he created such a perfect design so quickly, exactly the colours I wanted, flawless. The cupcakes were so fresh, the frosting was delicious, very happy and couldn't wait to recommend! I will be going here for future birthdays, great prices, great quality and the best customer service imaginable. Thanks again Adam for saving the day!"

"You are not the “neighborhood” Giant. When standing outside just after closing, pleading for help to find Children’s Tylenol for my 2-year old who was fighting a fever of 103, all your employee would say on the other side of the glass is, “We’re closed”and go back to sitting there in his chair and scrolling on his phone. In a neighborhood, people help their neighbors. Do better and maybe you can earn a place in OUR neighborhood."

"I've tried to be understanding, but it's disappointing that my visits here consistently feel like I'm being racially profiled. There's this Asian lady with glasses and longer hair who always seems to conveniently find herself near me, and I’m talking about blatantly obvious positioning herself by me. throughout my entire duration at the store. Then especially at self-checkout where it gets even more uncomfortable. There’s 10 other people checking out near me but she will come right by and act as if she’s fixing something to stand near me. I'd rather go out of my way to McLean than continue this experience at this store."

"self checkout is now a nightmare! cannot believe someone thought the current self checkout process was a good idea! it is now almost virtually impossible to checkout without assistance! is your item an once over what is expected? do you have bags? then forget a smooth and quick checkout! this store is no longer my first choice!"

"So unfortunately I did not enjoy my experience at this Giant. The layout was completely confusing and didn’t flow well at all, so it took quite a while to find things. Also it seemed as things were just crammed everywhere to maximize the space which made getting through aisles pretty tough. Also a it seemed to have a very slim selection of items. Prices were definitely high, but that’s everywhere. The cashier was also so slow, and didn’t use the bag rack to its full capacity. She chose to only use one a lot of the available four slots and gave me one bag at a time and we had two carts full of groceries. Lastly, the parking lot is slopped so putting groceries in your vehicle is difficult. And I thought the Giant off of Broad street was bad, I guess we will continue to go to the one off of Chain Bridge Rd even though it adds time to our commute it’s worth it…"
