"Checked in after 3pm after stating I will be there @ 3 room still wasn’t ready. Stayed there with lots of people and noise outside my room door complained to front desk they said okay and did nothing, noise still continues, I call again they ask do I want to move. No I would not like to be inconvenienced by moving just got out the shower and I’m in bed for my meeting in the morning. Pose stop 5 minutes later…. Only to be woke up by loud talking and kids crying at 6am… never again Hampton in Owings Mills"

"Unfortunately I checked in at night the service was horrible first but I needed a place to sleep with my child. I check in put my child to bed then I attempt to go to bed and a bed bug comes crawling across my chest . I went to the front desk she attempted to move me but could not get anyone to check the next room at the time because it was 1:30am and I refused. I was told a manager will be on in the morning to help resolve my issue now STANLEY the front Desk supervisor is telling me there is nothing he can do and his manager won’t be in until Monday.. I didn’t sleep me or my child barely, I didn’t receive any accommodation no one noted my issue and I’m bringing a new problem to everyone o talk too . DO NOT STAY HERE"

"Breakfast started late. The rooms were only cleaned by request despite a sign saying they would be cleaned every other day. We even requested the room to be cleaned, and it was not. We had to even go down and ask for towels as we were only provided with hand towels. There were holes in the window shades, so there was no privacy. This was definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton/hampton hotel"
