Reviews
"We craved dumplings so this was a random place we picked. It had good reviews and they were right. The pork dumplings were really good. Shredded beef scallion pancakes were new to us and we liked them. The spring rolls and chicken fried rice were not the best choices"
"Steam is a great lunch spot if you’re craving XLB’s and dim sum. We Ordered 3 XLB’s and 2 apps. The Pork and Pork and Truffle XLB’s were great. The black vinegar sauce w ginger doesn’t enhance the delicate flavors of the soup in the dumplings so don’t bother. The chicken w ginseng had no discernible ginseng and were just mama huhu (so/so). The spicy tofu skin is a cold dish and flavorful. The Beef in Scallion Pancake was super tasty, although the pancake was just a tad too sweet."
"New ownership, a new menu, excellent service and renovated premises. Delicious Chinese Food! We tried several dishes. They all tasted good! Especially, noteworthy was brown sugar rice cake, the best I have had ever!"
"Food was ok - felt very Americanized. Pork soup dumplings were good, the skin was thin and it was juicy. The pan fried buns were basically all dough and it wasn’t crispy nor crunchy. Beef dumplings (“Holy Cow”) was pretty good. Zhajiangmian was made with udon, not authentic at all but the sauce was decent. The crispy whole fish was kinda interesting and so was the egg yolk shrimp and squid."
