"I visited the place for the first time and had a horrible experience. The staffs do not greet or offer help. I bought 6 t shirts, the sign said $7.99, but the cashier charged me $9.99 for 5 of them. She also offered to give me 10% discount, but she forgot to apply it to my total. She said she couldn't give me the refund until she processed another transaction or I have to wait for 15 mins. I left and came back after 15 mins, she was going to refund me $6 plus some change which did not make any sense to me. I had to argue and give her a math lesson to get the correct amount of refund. I did not receive one apology from her during my encounter with her. This is such a pleasant experience and a waste of my time."
