"I had two very bad experience with this particular location, once they were not able to fill an eye drop I need for oversea trip, and they didn't inform me ahead of time, I had to suffer with an infected eye during my whole trip. Another time the lady at the count with name tag start with T lost my prescription! I will move all my future prescription to CVS even though this chesterbrook location is much closer, I don't think the people work there care about customers."

"This review is regarding the pharmacy. My girlfriend and I went in to get our tdap booster because we were going to visit her best friends newborn in a few weeks. We walk up to the pharmacy and ask to get the shots and the lady tells us that an appointment is required. Even though there was no one else waiting for services at the pharmacy. She then asks the pharmacist on duty and he says the soonest he can do it would be two days from now. So we walk out and I check the rite aid website and there were literally open appointments every 20 minutes today.. so I go ahead and make an appointment for 20 minutes and go back into the pharmacy and got my shot. Not sure why they couldn’t just provide us our shots when we first asked? Were we that much of a bother because we didn’t have an appointment? I could understand if there was a line of people waiting but we were literally the only two people there at the time. Poor customer service."

"I am UTTERLY DONE with this location. (Chesterbrook PA) Unconscionable and obscenely poorly managed pharmacy department that should be investigated by the state board for not giving counsel to customers. I'm not ordering pizza - you are filling life-saving prescriptions. Respect your profession enough to be available to people who are suffering. People read in these reviews "they never answer the phone" and assume that means that the phone calls get missed due to it being busy -- NO they literally NEVER answer the phone. They also NEVER answer at the drive through. If you have it, you should offer the service. If you don't, shut it down. There is exactly one pharmacy tech who has a clue, everyone else is a mess. The only reason I gave it one star is the retail section is large and well kept. If you have pharmacy needs that will bring you back more than once, PLEASE use another store."

"The store in general is very nice. Well organized, stocked, and clean. The cashiers are friendly. The pharmacy disappoints me though. They never pick up the phone, even if I call multiple times throughout the day. I have been told they can’t refill my prescription “until tomorrow”, when it was supposed to be ready that day. It has been a hassle so I have switched pharmacies."
