"I left my four pets here for two weeks during my recent move. I was so happy with their care! My cats were not stressed at all and my dog didn't even want to come home. My dog also has a blast while in daycare playing with her friends. I highly recommend Waggin' Tails!"

"Edit...no the issue is with the careless, Heartless, rude employee that upon walking in, yelled for me to turn around and leave before I got a word out . Short hair, mam or woman couldn't tell... the way I was spoken to before I even spoke a word was the most aggressive I've ever been spoken to..ever. If I were not such a busy person, I would absolutely devote all my time to ensuring this company never sees another undeserved dollar again. Do better. Treat people with respect, that's not alot to ask. Apparently, it is for you because it came out so natural. And the worst part, I was only asking for directions/guidance to the shelter supposedly nearby to drop off a beautiful kitten I found at a dumpster near Little Ceasars. But it never got that far. I walked in and waited 12 mins, and as I was saying hello I got cut off at "Hel..." and was told."YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW, I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE IN THAT BLANKET!" . A+ customer service and passion for animals. Shameful disgrace of a company. I will be sure to check if there are any government grants/assistance and be sure to enlighten them on the way you treat people that are silently waiting in the "waiting area" amd absolutely frightening animals with this Disgusting behavior. Again do better..but unfortunately it seems as your too far gone."

"We had a family trip planned and had to board our 4 animals (2 dogs & 2 cats) for 10 days. We were so nervous as we never left our animals for that amount of time. Wagging’ Tails was absolutely AMAZING. They took such great care of them all. Halfway through our trip, they sent us photos and updated us on how they were doing. We also called in and they gave us very detailed answers about our animals. We felt at ease knowing the animals were happy and well taken care of. We’ll definitely be coming back and using Waggin’ Tails from now on. They did a wonderful job caring for our fur babies and we can tell they truly care about what they do."
