"I used to work here and although it can be overwhelming at times, the people that work here are some of the most genuine animal loving people I’ve ever met. I can tell you with sincerity if you ever want to board your dog or need day care for your dog, this is the place. The front desk lady/ canine coach Ashley has been there a long time and genuinely cares about the dogs and their well being. And she is only one of MANY dedicated staff. It takes a very special person to stay as long as she and many others have at this place. I know from personal experience it can get very hectic at times! But they always have it controlled and they take the well being of all the dogs very serious. If you decide to send your dogs here routinely, know you will be one of many who have learnt how wholesome the staff is here and how exceptional your dog will be treated in comparison to the other dogtopias’ in this area. Every individual dog is so special to these people. They receive so much love. Dogtopia Manassas has got to be the BEST Dogtopia in the NOVA area hands down. If you don’t enroll your dog here they will be missing out for sure!"

"Great experience, I highly recommend Dogtopia! ***EDIT*** I have used this place for 5 years and 2 dogs but sadly, after waiting 7 weeks and no call back from the manager to explain why I am still waiting for a $75 credit for an accounting error on their end I have decided to move my boarding elsewhere and save $30 each time without any time restrictions for drop-off and pick-ups. It is worth it at this point to forget the $75 credit and just speak my mind."

"Several things: 1. I like that i can watch my dog on nest - during the day - and see him having fun.2. I like the people that work there - they interact with my dog and he likes them (if he didn't, we would be going there).3. It is totally convenient for me - as my work is nearby.4. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to pet parents and love on our dog and all the dogs at Dogtopia. The drop off and pick up process is seamless, location is convenient, the ability to decide last-minute to drop off our dog for daycare is a lifesaver. We love that the facility is clean and safe."
