"We had an appointment today for a vaccination for our 2 dogs. My wife was told earlier today ( the same day) they held 2 back for my dogs appointment at 6 pm. She got there and they had given my dogs vaccine to another dog. We had rescheduled for Damon and Elana to receive at the same time on this appointment. This is not good vet practice. I am so disappointed, we were happy here. I will have to move forward. I need honesty. I have never written a review before but I feel my wife was lied to and that is not good practice."

"I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Sam and his team. Dr. Sam took care of my first pet who passed away in 2020 (she lived a little over 17 years). He is now taking care of my puppy Pixie. Him and his staff go above and beyond with their service. I fully trust him without questioning, he is very knowledgeable, and answers all of my questions. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. When we go to Old Towne Vet Clinic we don't feel like a number. This is a family owned and run practice that is genuine and personable. Dr. Martinez's prices are fair and the waiting, and exam rooms are very clean, comfortable, and pleasant to look at- it is not run down like some other clinics. The equipment and the office is new and state-of-the-art. Dr. Martinez's compassion is world-class. He has treated at least 8 of our animals of the years and even though his current practice is far away from where we live, we still make the trip to Manassas unless we have a true veterinary emergency.
