"If I could give zero stars I would. This is the week of my wedding and I am sick as a dog with an eye infection on top. This is my literal nightmare. The prescription I needed was out of stock nearby so I needed it transferred to this location. I did pick up a prescription at location A and that went fine. But for the out of stock prescription…. Yeahhhh. I had to be on the phone for hours trying to complete this simple transfer. This store couldn’t handle it so I had to call the original location multiple times and have it done manually. Finally got it transferred over - to find my insurance wouldn’t cover it. This CVS told us first that there was a mixup with my insurance card and my husband’s HSA card and they were conflated. I suspect it was entered incorrectly originally. The pharmacy rep I spoke to at this location insinuated I’m uninsured and had me call my provider, which I did. When I tell you it took forever…. But I jumped through all the hoops, did everything, triple checked all the insurance numbers. Covered, current. This CVS says it still wouldn’t run. Then they changed the story at the last minute and told us that the purchase I made at location A was processed with a coupon and no insurance. Of course, I was there for this purchase and no such thing happened. Throughout all this, pharmacy reps I spoke to at this location were rude and curt. I was in tears by the end. Horrible experience. We paid cash for the prescription and are going to have our insurance reimburse us later."

"My personal experience shopping at this particular CVS store changed my perspective on shopping at CVS generally. This is the only CVS store that I’ve been to that the Manager was super helpful. I was not sure about a certain medication and test kit but with the assistance of the manager, Bouzianne, I was able to get what I wanted with ease. I have also changed my delivery store to this store because this is the only store that just gets it for me. All thanks to the manager!"

"I had an appointment for Flu Shots at this location, went there 5 minutes before time to make sure i check in right on time, Told the pharmacist, (old age guy) that i have an appointment, he said did you check in? i said i don't know how to do it. He went to computer and asked my last name and i told him, but without even entering my name is the computer and in 1 second he said your name is not there. Then he said appointment has cancelled, you should have received an email, i told him i did not receive email. He didn't say anything. And his behavior was rude too, i'm never coming there."

"As a regular and loyal customer I am always preferred this CVs store because their staff they have very nice attitude and maner . Specialy thanks one of the cashier and customer relationship associate Mis Noor she always giving me help and she always giving information regarding care pass and new benifits."

"Scheduled a test on line and ended up in a circular driveway of incompetence. Pharmacy was very unhelpful and ineffective. They could not perform the the test because the proverbial "system won't work" , told me to go to corporate. Since I had paid for the test, I asked for a refund. Again, they said go to corporate. I spoke with 6 people at corporate to have them transfer me back to the store pharmacy. They still don't have an answer after explaining myself 7 times. I would not waste my time with this disfucntional store or their corporate managers."
