Reviews
"They didn't want to sell us any fish that had to be returned in 48 hours."
"I love this place. Whenever we go on long vacations we book with PetsHotel. They’ve always been great with communicating any issues and my dog seems to love his time here."
"So my son had an appointment to drop his dog off at the Columbia pets mart hotel. However very unprofessional and I know they did that because my son was young. They try to say his dog didn’t have all of his shots. And because I could go with him to drop him off they wouldn’t take him. After I had to find someone else to watch my sons dog while we go on vacation. They don’t ever have to worry about us anymore we will start early to find another place. O believe me I will be calling back on there next business day. Sorry as workers. I will never use this place ever again unprofessional staff. From calling speaking to the line that does the appointments to the person that handles the check in."
"Everything about the boarding/doggie day camp for this place is solid. Not much above and beyond and you get exactly what you think. HOWEVER, the "grooming" services have been consistently bad. The bath appears to be a rush job at the end and oh my god with the claw clipping. I have tried 3-4 different ways of asking them to trim my dog's nails (she's a slightly larger dog with thick nails, so a grind is normal and expected). I've asked and clarified and asked for noted to be added about actually CLIPPING the nails (ya know....removing length...). It's happened once. One time have my dog's nails actually been markedly shorter than when I dropped her off. I know because that one time is what resulted in my having them do it the next time...and fail...and again. Now, no more. Because they definitely don't have a problem still making me pay for it. The last time? The employee who brought the dog out looked at them when I scoffed (he hadn't seen them when I brought her in). He offered a refund because they "sure didn't look cut" to him either. TL;DR: doggie boarding/day camp good. Anything grooming? Bad."
