"Shopping at ROSS for a long time sometimes daily and enjoy the great deals, daily. Sometimes I drop by daily when I get a break from work at a near by store. I do not appreciate the thin African American Loss Prevention guard at the front door. While the rest of them are very professional, this one man always has something negative to say to me when I enter the store and kind of gets in my face when I enter. I haven't said anything to him (YET)? He does not know that I am a "Loss Prevention Detective" at another store and have over 30 years in the customers service field. Someone should really instruct him on how to greet paying customers when they enter the store and keep the HOOD attitude at home."
