"Customer service associates were rude. I walked into the store , no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. There were two ladies right by the door having their own conversations. Front desk associate never spoke, she just got right to the point return or exchange she asked me. I’ll stick to online shopping tho. I love JD sports for my 6 ye old."

"I was pleasantly surprised when I first entered the store, it had a pretty balanced inventory of new releases and new throwback releases for most of the bigger labels: Nike, Adidas, Puma etc., in both footwear and active wear, a decent nod to the styles presented, not too vanilla plain and not too selective for only deep cuts, or secretive hush- hush product style drops that only collectors would actually purchase, but a good middle ground for selection. As well as, a good ratio of employee : shopper : square footage. It didn't feel like I was being followed by the CIA whilst shopping, nor did I feel abandoned and left to fend for myself without any hope of assistance from employees, if needed. Nice array of sizes for shoes and clothing from S to XXL for most items. Prices were right at or around fair market value for mostly all items I seen. Clean, stark, and low key style interior of store fits well with total shopping experience; not unlike being on an actual BBall full court-like atmosphere."

"Im sad. Staff is more worried about blocking you from using a coupon than they are making sure you dont go home with two left sneakers!!!!!! I went home with the wrong shoe every time i went here. Its sooo bad"
