"I was referred to them as my best option. I called 3 times when they opened (according to google). No one answered, so I left a voice message saying my toilet was clogged for 2 days and asking if someone could snake it. No one called me back, so I called them again 2 1/2 hours later explaining I had called earlier. She just said, “Yeah, we don’t have anyone who can run the snake.” I asked, “Ever?” She said, “Maybe in 3 weeks.” They should’ve called me back and told me that instead of leaving me waiting and preventing me from finding someone else."
"I have had to get parts from Stalman’s 3 times in the past 15 years. Two times they answered my call in a Sunday (when I discovered the problem of no heat) and another time on Christmas Eve. Every time they have gone out of their way to help me in a tough situation. They are the #1 reason why we should always support local businesses as much as possible. "I was given a ruff estimate for the installation of a new water heater. When I received the bill after installation it was a little more then what I was told. I understood sometimes you run into issues in the field that you can't see during a phone conversation. I was alright with the bill and glad they could install it in a timely manner. I was really surprised to receive a check in the mail from them to match the quoted price. All of my future business will done by these guys. Thank you"
