"Princess is almost 13 years old. She developed a tumor on the roof of her mouth that grew pretty rapidly over the last 3-4 months. Luckily, we got it biopsied at animal place and discovered it was a relatively benign tumor. Dr. Ram, was very professional and knowledgeable regarding how to proceed, but he never sugar coated anything. He listed out my options and was very clear about prognosis. After noticing how uncomfortable and withdrawn princess was becoming, I asked him for his honest opinion on how to proceed. Although he isn't a specialist, he performed an incredibly precise removal of the mass alongside his colleague. I dropped her off before work and got calls at work with updates about princess. At the end of the day when I picked her up, she looked amazing. He managed to remove the mass while keeping her teeth, which was something I was worried about. Now, it's been a little less than a week post-op and she's back to herself again. She wants to play so bad she even forced her Frisbee into her cone! I don't know how long she will continue this way, but it was worth the money and trust to see my girl so happy again. Dr. Ram and the staff at Animal Place, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, for taking care of my sweet girl."
