While I appreciate the phone call notification during the first incident, the lack of timely communication during the second occurrence was frustrating. The inconsistency in doctor availability has negatively impacted my experience, and despite considering this facility for its affordability, I am compelled to seek alternative veterinary care for my dog. Consider looking elsewhere for a place with more punctual and responsible doctors."
