"I really like Costco, but I can not recommend this or any of their other pharmacies. If you are sick and need medicine, they won't have it in stock and you may have to wait for it for 3 days. If you have a maintenance medicine, they won't have that either.. and good luck receiving notifications with any kind of reliability. Recalls on medication? -- I remain sceptical. The folks there all seem like nice people... But it is the same medicine everywhere, so go someplace better If you are using Costco Pharmacy, please remember to be nice with the staff.. this really seems like a corporate issue."

"No one is a bigger fan of Costco than I am, however we recently decided to try the pharmacy. What a big mistake. I am not sure if it is just a bad IT system or staff that is severely under trained, but every time we go it has resulted in at least a 30 to 45 minute wait. Sometimes it is the "we went to a new system" excuse and sometimes it is just a 10 people in line. There seems to be 8 people working back there, but only one person waiting on customers. I get it might be cheaper, but for me not worth a long wait every time."

"As a sufferer of seasonal allergies and veteran with several debilitating disabilities, the Chantilly Costco Pharmacy staff have always been helpful in providing my family and I with the support one would expect from a community or mom-and-pop medicine shop. They even carry medication for my special needs dog that has kidney disease. 10/5 stars!!!"
