"Called today and asked if they had an opening today or tomorrow. They got me in today, took my cavachon puppy back right away, and had her out in 5 minutes! They did a good job and were friendly. Also the cheapest I've found in the area, $15. Definitely will go again!"

"I brought my dog here to get groomed, but I was disappointed with the outcome. Unfortunately, the groomer did not allow me to meet them in person, which made it difficult for me to provide specific instructions or request a particular type of haircut. Although I conveyed what I wanted to the staff member who took my dog in and showed a picture, the groomer completely disregarded my instructions and gave my male dog a feminine-looking cut. They completely made a joke out of my dog as they were not able to understand pictures of how I would like the haircut to look like. As a result, I am extremely dissatisfied with the grooming service and will not bring my dog back to this place. I recommend that you avoid this groomer if you do not want to experience a similar disappointment. The first three pictures are taken after grooming, while the one with the orange toy is taken before grooming. The last picture is the haircut I wanted. You can also see how the hair on the face is cut unevenly and how the haircut looks nothing like how I wanted it to look."

"We have taken my daughter’s yellow lab-golden retriever cross service dog to Lively Pet several times and have been very happy with the experience. Sometimes when she just sheds a blizzard of hair, it’s nice to take her there and really get all that hair off! The people are always very kind when interacting with the dogs. You can tell they live dogs! I recommend Lovely Pet salon."
