"Not happy with my room. Reservation was for a queen size bed but I got a full size with a flimsy mattress. TV was broken and unusable. Room was extremely small. Front desk didn't seem to care."

"The staff is rude and they know the breakfast to go they advertise as part of your stay is a scam. There is never any coffee or food, if you ask about it to a staff member they look angry at you and claim guests are stealing the food. I went to the extended stay next door which has rooms that open to the outside instead of a hallway like most of them do and the staff there told me I was stealing when utilizing their breakfast bar that seems to always be fully stocked unlike their slum next door. The staff threatened to call the police and claimed that the extended stay where my room is just across the parking lot is separate and that they are separate businesses under the same name. This is a total scam and a slum and you will not get the amenities they advertise. The entire staff is rude and even threatening and have no concept of hospitality."

"When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, I had to beat on the counter to get someone to come out of the back office. I tried to check in at 2;30, was told I had to wait until 3 pm. as "no rooms are ever available until 3" On the next morning I went down for breakfast and was shown a basket of snack bars and was told that is the breakfast. On the third day they were out of snack bars and no breakfast was available. Same on the fourth day. There was a pair of baby socks on the floor in the lobby that stayed there the entire time. Along with a spill of some sort. I watched a lady ask for fresh towels and they accused her of stealing towels since there were plenty on her room when she arrived, she told them she had been their for a week and they only had left her two towels. Staff is NOT FRIENDLY. I had a package shipped to the hotel and they refused it because it arrived the day before I checked in, even though it has a large note on it to hold for the guest with my arrival date. I would avoid this palace at all costs. First photo is the lobby floor Second & third was a sign post at the front desk, where there is rarely a worker Last two photos are the breakfast area, which was mostly empty."

"Well-managed, clean, and located in a safe neighborhood. This residential hotel offers spacious accommodations, a professional and competent staff, and exceptional value. Amenities include onsite laundry, a fitness center, daily breakfast (oatmeal, granola bars, coffee, etc.), a tree-lined path with a man made Swan pond, and walking distance to the U.S. Post office, full shopping center, and restaurants. The staff even prepared gift bags of candy on Halloween. I am grateful to ESA Washington, D.C. - Chantilly Airport for making my time here comfortable and - honestly - perfect."

"The hotel is making money by extra unauthorized charges for whatever reason they can come up with like staying few minutes extra . The lady at desk from India was extremely rude to the point to tell you bad moth you . I don’t feel safe staying in this hotel after this incident . You can easily lose anything and they get away with it. I will never stay in this chai hotels ever and never advise to do so The breakfast is very misleading to be called as breakfast only coffee and granola bars . The room smell bad wit cooking smell from their kitchen."
