"Had called and asked if they had any adult white Carhartt beanies in stock. I was placed on hold and told they did have some in stock. I asked if they could set one aside for me as I would drive out to get it shortly and she told me it would be waiting for me at the counter. I drove 40 minutes to pick up this beanie and when I arrived I was told they have none in stock. I explained only 50 minutes prior I was told it would be there waiting for me and she responded with "no it is one of our most stolen items. We have none." I found this so be completely unprofessional as I had made sure it would be there before making the drive. Not only this but I was offered no other options after being told it wasn't there. Not shipped from a different store, not searching other stores for me."
