"I’ve always loved 5 below however my wife was just in there a few minutes ago wanting to purchase a few items for family members and there is one thing in particular that has said online IN STOCK at this location for the last 3 days. My wife asked where it was or if someone could help her and was greeted and answered with disgusting disrespect and appalling customer service as if she wasn’t a paying customer and they didn’t work there. I asked my wife if she wanted to just have me order it for pick up AS IT IS IN STOCK and she said no they were so nasty to me I don’t want to give them my money. My wife is non confrontational, but I am, and this is absolutely awful to treat anyone like that let alone the literal people who keep your place open thus giving these employees jobs and paychecks. I get that $13 and hour may not suffice everyone but work somewhere else if you’re that miserable and that nasty to customers."
