"Kohl’s cash is marketing ploy that only benefits Kohls. It’s very sneaky and superficial, Kohls give you nothing it just gets you to spend more and keep their so called rewards for themselves. It’s bad enough that they only give you a certain time period and they mostly end up expiring before they are used anyway. Shop elsewhere it will probably be more rewarding"

"This is a very large store, so there's a LOT of variety. I was there a couple weeks before the Christmas holiday, so it was SUPER CROWDED because there was a lot of customers and extra merchandise everywhere. I was making a return & it went smoothly. Lots of parking available."

"I like shopping at Kohl's because they do have a wide variety of items to choose from. Because the petite department has shrunk significantly, I do shop more on line. I love to shop so finding bargains for other family members is always fun at Kohls and I do like the Kohl's cash. I was just able to purchase a pair of pants for 39 cents! I used to make more purchases there, but some of the brands I liked have disappeared."

"This review is for the Monroeville store: With no store directory, insufficient signage, and only one rest room at a far-corner of the second floor, this establishment reeks of hostility towards older and physically challenged customers. There's almost no sales associates and no help phones. Luckily, I had a few pages from their website or I never would have known that some shoes were on sale. Not a single price sign was near the jumbled inventory. I heard three customers complain about missing price info. If looking for a brick and mortar, pass this up."

"Good customer service, nice clean aisles, organized and well stocked. Plenty of clothes come in different sizes which help alot. More variety could help with casual clothes and non clothing items like gifts. Overall a good place to go in a hurry."
