"It’s been a little while since we shopped here since Covid but we were quite shocked to find the store so disheveled. Departments were moved around, which is fine, but the shoe department used to be so nicely displayed. Now it’s just tossed on shelves, shoes not matching or missing from boxes. The floors were absolutely filthy and disgusting, like they haven’t swept in months. Sad to say we won’t be shopping this location anymore."

"Visited this establishment as of today to purchase a purse and was publicly humiliated by one of their employees. This employee tried to accuse my husband and I of trying to “steal” the secondary part to the 2 in 1 purse in which we were interested in purchasing by stating loudly “Are you going to buy this item too?”. At this moment, majority of management were having conversation with themselves at the other end of the counter, and didn’t even notice this situation happening. After minutes of communicating with the cashier about the fact that the secondary part was a part of the two in one purse, she continued to give reasoning to her accusations towards us. Then during payment, deeply examined our money in which we gave her for our purchase. We are frequent customers of Marshall’s, but we will unfortunately not be visiting this store anymore due to this situation."
