"First, I don't typically write poor reviews. However, when the store manager goes out of their way to be rude for no reason its a serious problem. Granted I don't expect 5 star service from many places the least one could do is offer to take my money when I'm offering to buy something. I'll just stick to DSW outside of the mall when I need cheap shoes."

"When here for a pair of shoes and while other people were able to hold their boxes and walk up and pay mine were grabbed from me without a word. I then stopped the girl letting her know that I wanted them she said "Ok" and walked to the register. She didn't even know I was done looking at shoes and when I looked around their were other people holding their boxes waiting in line, It made me feel like I wasn't trusted with their shoes, and I didn't feel welcome at all."

"Horrible service! It started out well as we were the only ones in the store, but when other people came in, while we were at the register paying for $200 worth of merchandise, and trying to explain to the sales girl we wanted to be rung up seperately, she literally had the nerve to try to rush us, so in her words "she could get to the other ppl who had come in". Our items were returned & she was promptly corrected on proper customer service. I told her if she had worked for me when I did retail management she would be fired on the spot. I'll stick to the Waterfront; their sales people are great every time I go there."
