But be care with Doctor Holladay, Derrik he will stab you in the back when it comes to your DOT Physical he think's that if you get angry or mad for some reason he will not give you your DOT without a psych evaluation and without just cause... I will turning this matter over to a DOT Attorney!"

"This place is a joke first of all no one knows what there doing also the don’t even check they just assume and if you arrive in a ambulance you be put in the waiting room definitely need someone ASAP and run this properly and effectively"

"This place is a joke for a hospital their pre-bedside manner is ridiculous it's sad when you see people that clearly need immediate care for in the waiting room for hours while they take people that know the lady at the front desk and/or seem perfectly able to wait to be seen I feel really bad for the last who's hand was bleeding everywhere and the guy that was holding his chest thankfully I was able to leave and go to urgent care which was 100 times better"
