"I went in to get a 4D gender reveal ultrasound and had an overall pleasant experience. From scheduling the appointment to my actual ultrasound, everyone was kind, efficient and quick to get my needs met. I only waited about 5 minutes for my appointment and during my appointment, the ultrasound tech was very accommodating to my wishes. I will definitely be back for future scans, despite the fact that it is an hour away."

"The tech who did the ultrasound was nice, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about my experience getting my 4D ultrasound. 4D ultrasounds are paid out of pocket and are expensive and I would have preferred a better experience for the amount of money I had to pay. I had to wait 40 minutes before being seen. I wasn’t notified by front desk that tech was running behind and that the wait would be significant. They tell you to drink 32oz of water prior so you’re pregnant, have to pee, and baby pushing against bladder is not a great experience. After talking to front desk about my wait she told me I could go to the bathroom. No apology for my wait or an idea of how much longer. The tech didn’t even apologize until my appointment was almost over and said it was because the person ahead of me was really late but if they’re that late to push my appointment back a significant 40 min, it would be better to reschedule that patient. I was only 6 min late to my appointment and the receptionist called and asked how far I was out 4 min after my appointment time and I told her I was only 2 min away so they new I was right there. I could have come back. Not really sure if she called because this pt before me was late and they were determining to see her or not. Better communication for my wait would have been appreciated. A suggestion would be getting more variety of pics. I’ve had 4D done at a different place and they would get pics of the baby foot and hands and other views in addition to baby face, it was always worth the money. Overall, this experience was fair. Probably wouldn’t go here again and pay that money for what I got. Receptionist could also develop a personality too."
