"Horrible customer service. Literally called 17 times before anyone answered the phone. Misleading information. I was told the turn around for medical forms is going to be 5-7 business days. It’s day 10 and they’re still not done. Very unprofessional. Definitely would NOT recommend."

"I ABSOLUTELY love this practice. Dr. Slaughter is my kid’s pediatrician and she has been a blessing my family. I’ve had a really bad experience with my former pediatrician, which made me leery, yet, I’m glad I trusted her. The entire staff is amazing and extremely professional. I truly appreciate PM KIDZ!"

"Extremely disappointed.Unexceptable wait time.Arrived with my newborn (2 week old infant), at 4 for a 4:15 appointment and waited for an hour.Watched other patients arrive and get called before us.Taking great care to prep (feed, change, etc) so he wouldn't be fussy to see the "pediatrician".2 weeks prior,I scheduled my infant to meet the "pediatrician" and was seen by 2 nurse practitioners for his first two appointments.First appointment, while waiting in the exam room,I needed a damp cloth to wipe my childs face.Noticed a foul smell like sulfur/egg, coming from the water from the faucet.I did not use the faucet.We were looking forward to getting the clamp removed from our new born's dry ambilical cord,but was told the tool was misplaced.The second appointment, the clamp for the dried ambilical cord was removed thankfully. Still wondering why we haven't seen the pediatrician after 2 appointments. After waiting an hour I asked if they were behind or under staffed and was given no explanation.They said we had one person ahead of us.A simple sorry and thank you for your patience would have sufficed. We were met with silence and a blank face. This is unprofessional.We decided not to reschedule with PM kidz.If you have time to watch a whole Disney movie, or if you don't mind NOT seeing a pediatrician, also if you don't mind people congregating from behind the parking lot coming out of the woods smoking marijuana, this is the place for you."

"Dr. Slaughter has been my 4 year olds pediatrician since birth and my oldest’s for 4 years now. I absolutely love her and so do my kids. We followed her to PM Kidz when she left Waldorf pediatrics because she truly cares for the kids that visit her and she really develops that personal relationship with child and parent. I couldn’t speak highly enough about Dr. Slaughter and the office staff she employs are equally friendly and helpful. The rest of the doctors and PAs are also amazing! I think I’ve had visits with all of them, and not one bad experience. The front office staff are amazing also! They always fit us in when we need to be seen last minute and make us feel welcome. Best pediatrician I’ve seen in my 15 years of parenthood!"
