About the Business
Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is a health institution located at 5010 Regency Place in White Plains, Maryland, United States. As a leading provider of healthcare services in the Baltimore region, we strive to bring Johns Hopkins Medicine to your community. Despite recent transportation challenges due to the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients.
In response to the declining trend of respiratory viruses in Maryland, masks are no longer required but strongly recommended at our clinical locations. Our goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of both our patients and staff.
At Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, we offer a range of services including doctor visits and community outreach programs. Our Community Outreach & Engagement at Kimmel Cancer Center is introducing a free education series focusing on topics such as diet and nutrition, reducing cancer risk, and smoking cessation.
Additionally, we value the creativity and passion of our employees, which is why we have launched Meraki, a platform for sharing inspiring reflections, artwork, and music pieces. We believe in creating a supportive and engaging work environment for our team members.

"I tried to make an appointment for shortness of breath and chest pains. They told me to go to the ER. I went to Sinai, they sent the information to White Marsh for me to go in and be seen. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes I left. My Chart had put a summary of my visit! What visit? I never saw Dr Ho and I left! I have a deteriorating spine and can’t sit for that amount of time. No explanation was given to me nor was I told to reschedule because she was a no show. I’ve gone here since 2001 and I am done. I’m not a medical experiment for every student. I can’t recover from their plunders anymore. I’d rate them a minus if I could. Stop with the cute outfits and focus on your patients."
"I have been going too johns hopkins whitemarsh probably since about 10yrs old. I am now 22 with more complications than ever. This review is simply for Dr.Jill Ratain in Rheumatology. I was diagnosed with lupus at 15 and as soon as i turned 18, i was transferred too her. This lady does NOT listen too a single thing you say. She has treated me as if i am seeking for narcotics, which i have never been on. I never take anything stronger than ibuprofren. She will treat you as if everything is made up. She has made me cry at my last virtual appointment for the simple fact that i live in chronic pain & she does NOTHING. Other than her, everyone else is lovely ."
"The pediatrics side is great. Our son's doctor is wonderful and they're always quick to get us in and out. The adult side is another story though. I'm currently here now for a new patient appointment. I've been here over an hour and still no doctor."
"AWFUL. My 2 year old son was NEVER able to get in day of. He was never ever able to be seen. He had 3 ear infections in 1 month and they kept telling us he wasn't able to be seen because they were to booked and to send him to urgent care. I expressed my concern that with urgent care he is seeing different doctors and nothing would ever be universal or consistent, they still could never do anything. I even called to be seen and they told me that I could see my doctor in a month because they are just that over booked. I am not one to complain but PLEASE consider going else where if you want to have a doctor that works with you and gets to know you. This is not the place for that. They are always too busy or over booked."
"I love my dr and my daughter's pediatrician at this facility. The billing staff and wait time for a telephone call is appalling. I have spent more than 30 mins on hold, and have waited almost a week for an email response. Also, they took over 9 months to bill me for a visit and when I called, they expressed that they have 3 years to do what they want. They don't care what effect it may have had for my insurance deductible or taxes. The staff is rude at the billing department... I am probably going to switch doctors because of the horrible customer service."
