"I called and changed my appointment from 1:45 to 11:00 on 2/15/23. All that happened was my appointment at 1:35 was canceled. This is the second time I have changed an appointment and was told what I had requested was done. The last time my appointment was 3 days wrong. This caused me to be out of medication for 3 days. You need to get your appointment team at the call center straightened out. This is ridiculous. I’ll be looking for another pain doctor and weigh my options."

"I got an appointment very quickly. The receptionist was do nice and very helpful for me getting paperwork and reports from the state I moved here from. I did not have a long wait in waiting room which is spacious and comfortable. The nurse practitioner was very nice and so knowledgeable in helping me with my problems. I am very pleased with my experience."

"The center's staff has cared for my mental and physical health day 1 of my visit. Doctor Brouillette and NP Barnes are great! They ask questions, listen to you and not only inform you of what's going on with you but they ask if you have any suggestions on your treatment. I love the office staff and everyone's commitment to their job. The service is exemplary."

"My first experience was not bad. Dr. B. was very nice and listened to concerns. Super happy to finally find someone who I felt comfortable with. However, I didn't know after the first meeting, I would follow up with one of the PAs from that point on. The problem is I cannot do regular work duties and I need a doctor's note stating my limitations. I submitted an example letter from my surgeon to make it easier. The letter was not written with specifics which is the reason why I keep asking them to do it over again. Now Dr. A. insisted the letter is good. I called and emailed multiple times but made no traction. Find a place that respects your health and value your business."
