"Called up there to confirm an appointment because they had not called. The intake person doesn’t even work there anymore. I’m in the middle of speaking and she cuts me off and puts me on hold twice. Also corrected me after I stated something SHE said. I myself am in the behavioral field and this was unacceptable and rude. I asked for a doctors note and she said since she wasn’t seen she doesn’t know and will ask. This is YOUR mess up. It’s not hard to write a note when YOUR office messed up. It’s sad because she used to go there and this was the intake to go back that we made A MONTH ago and I wrote on my calendar the day of…. But I “had the wrong date”. Terrible service with misleading secretaries every time."

"I was recommend by another doctor that was horrible to me to QCI since I been at QCI I have been so happy and feeling much better I would recommend QCI to anyone."

"I'm thoroughly disgusted! My 83 year old mother went there based on dementia, alcohol and depression. Never got to see a doctor but only intake person on one and visit which they don't take Medicare and it was a pay out of pocket. The nurse practitioner on the second visit which I was to understand she would see the actual psychiatrist. The staff, with the exception of the lovely receptionist, gave me the run-around and never consulted with her neurologist after asking for their phone number, but said the psychiatrist said she needed to detox in a hospital and to find a new neurologist. Seriously? Will never go back again!"

"I’m so DONE with the staff!!! they have been nothing but horrible cruel and completely rude, mind u not all the staff there were like this and I’ve been a patient there for almost 6 years and I have a great physiologist there he understands me well but the staff there needs to be dealt with im soo glad im leaving this place when my physiologist gets his own place practis ive never been this inraged they did it too us for 4 years or longer they argue with my mom and she has a heart condition and they never faxed the prescriptions over too the pharmacy the one woman there told my mom over the phone it’s not the qci way well how about i make it’s get u fired way for messing up my medications I’ve had enough of there sh-t!!!"

"Well, not to throw shade or anything but this place sucks. It’s the therapists, not the place. Some therapists act like queens or kings that know everything. Therapists are supposed to help but mine for sure didn’t. She always jumped to conclusions and acted like she knew everything. I don’t know her name but I don’t want to know her name. She’s horrible. I’m going through stuff involving the LGBT community and she said “If you wanted to be the other gender what would your name be” and I said I don’t know and she said “Come on tell me I know everyone has a name” I don’t know if she was being funny but it wasn’t funny. It was highly irritating and I didn’t like it. If I say I don’t know, stop pressuring me. Then when I told her a medical condition she said “No, that’s a lie. Bla bla bla” STOP. ACTING. LIKE. YOU. KNOW. EVERYTHING. You’re a therapist NOT a dictionary and I’m the one who has the condition. Hate her so much."
