"Nice little one, not the biggest but good in a pinch"

"I went to this Party City location with my teenaged son around 7pm last night. When we walked in, the two girls behind the counter looked at us and just went back to their conversation. When we went up to the counter to pay for our items, the girl who came over to the register (super long braids) said nothing to us and just began ringing us up. I asked her if we could have the balloons blown up that we had paid for. She handed them to the other girl. When the other girl was done blowing them up, she handed them to my son who said thank you to her. She in turn said absolutely nothing back to him, no thank you, no have a good night, NOTHING! I understand the concept of cheap labor but hiring people who have absolutely no manners or ANY people skills is insane! The worst "customer service" experience I have had in a loonnnggg time. Needless to say, we will never be going back to this store again."

"It was pretty clean, and they had good music playing over the loudspeaker, so that was great! A male manager came out and helped me immediately as soon as he came to the floor for other reasons, however, 1 of the 2 women behind the register weren’t as helpful as I was looking for stuff. When I did ask, the taller woman was helpful after as well. The place was over priced actually which I was shocked about because they use to have decent prices. Lots of the items were $3 cheaper on Amazon. The party bag variety’s were great but the qty ratio to the price was way off."

"Great New Year’s selection. Pleasant and uneventful visit. Not that I need high fives and jumping jacks and all but tonight this staff was uninterested and literally didn’t even look at me."
