Dollar Tree

"I'm posting about the completely unprofessional and atrocious service one of the cashiers provided to me today. 08/28/2023 at around 11am. I was purchasing 2 very small items. That could fit into the palm of my hand. Thinking nothing of it, I put them next to the credit card reader, not the conveyor belt. The cashier, made eye contact with me without a word, and all of a sudden stepped away to take a call on her cell phone. That's fine, definitely a little rude, but I choked it up to a faux pas. Until the cashier came back. She immediately catches an attitude with me, asking with the Karen tone "Are you FINALLY ready?" I respond that I've been ready. She rudely sighed. "Yeah, TYPICALLY when you want to buy something, you put it on the conveyor belt." I did restrain myself from escalating (although I wish I did) but I did tell her that her customer service was attrocious and her attitude was completely unprofessional. She told me to have a good day and was silent until I finished my errand and left."

"This Dollar Tree needs some help! I’ve never been to a dollar tree where all the shelves were half empty, floors were dirty, and carts with merchandise just left around all corners of the store. This isn’t the only visit I’ve made to this dollar tree where I’ve had the same experience. Staff is nice, but this place really needs some hard workers to fix it up or else I can see it going out of business! Not sure if it’s a staffing issue (lack of employees), a training issue, or a management issue. Possibly a mix of the 3. Personally I try to go to any other dollar tree besides this one unless if I’m ever in a pinch. This place is a mess so good luck finding anything, you may have to search the boxes/carts on the floor laying through the isles to find what you need. Edit: 2 years later and I see this place still hasn’t changed its ways. Close this place up already, it’s not changing."

"ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Boxes thrown about everywhere! Literally everywhere. Not only was the store in disarray but it was actually dirty. It is the closest Dollar Tree to my new place and I will never go again. The cashier told me that the reason it looks like that is because they keep giving people unemployment. I saw her and 2 other employees standing around chatting before she decided to open another register. Corporate needs to close that store for a while so they can get it in order. Items were fallen on shelves. Almost all the shelves were empty, filthy floors, dirty glass, dust everywhere... I could go on for days. The frustrated employees added to the mix really make this store rechid."

"This store needs some help. I usually go to a different dollar tree but I was in the area and needed some containers. The aisles were thrown apart, like actually items all over the floors, hanging off their pegs. The floors were also dirty and crumby. This place needs help, I never saw a dollar tree in this state of disarray."
