"Not bad, Shop Rites vary with their products. Didn't find a couple things I wanted. I guess I'm spoiled shopping at the store where I grew up in NJ. That one is huge with so many different ethnicities. This one has EXCELLENT customer service. RECOMMENDED"

"This store is By Far thee best grocery store my wife and I have ever shopped at (sorry Wegmans). We normally shop Giant because of the proximity to our home. Today was our second visit and are again blown away by the variety of fresh meats, fruits & vegetables. The shelves are stocked full the store is clean and the staff is friendly. This is our store as of now."

"this only pertains to the deli department, CHECK YOUR COLD CUTS BE CAREFUL The people that are behind the counter, slicing your cold cuts are hateful people, check your meat. I asked for thin slice, and they gave Me some old ham I guess they pick and choose by your last name what they gonna give you, The stuff can get you sick.a lot of the adult workers are racist."

"When will you begin selling cage free eggs? Hens are suffering tremendously in cages in your production chain. Consumers want better animal welfare practice."

"My rating of ShopRite was a 5... Then they added several more self checkout areas and they don't seem to have the same cashiers as before half of the time. (I am seeing some of the best cashiers around the store doing rather random seeming tasks- why aren't they on the handful of open registers (rather than kids who don't seem to know how to bag groceries)? I shop with the expectation that all of my groceries will be bagged securely by someone being paid to do so. Maybe that's old fashioned, but I'm the customer. (For now, anyway...I feel like that could easily change in the future.) On top of adding an absurd amount of self-checkouts, they seem to be getting 'sponsored' order separators... Not a problem if it's small and just printed on the standard size order dividers... but these are obnoxious. I understand that these things (self-checkouts, order divider's) help cut costs- particularly the self-checkouts- however, I started shopping here because I liked the experience. Now I need to wait longer for poorer service. I can get that elsewhere, thanks."
