"I’m a utility worker and needed a couple things like flashlights for storm work. We checked the Home Depot website for Milwaukee flashlights and it clearly states they had 5 available. (Only 3 were available)Peter who was assisting the forklift had to get them down from the top shelf, had some sort of an attitude and as he was operating said” next time just order online instead of standing around like a bunch of idiots I know how construction workers are” that really is upsetting and something needs to be done about it. Also I found another tool and I like to price match I know Home Depot price matches, but this Home Depot doesn’t apparently. I went to customer service found a $20 price difference online and was told “no we don’t price match” I clearly showed the customer service rep that Home Depot does price match and another person got involved as well backing her co-worker. I dont like arguing about simple things. I know they were wrong and management needs to get involved and teach their employees customer respect, as well as Home Depot policy."
