While there have been minor hiccups, such as the occasional damaged or expired item, their customer service has been prompt and responsive, offering refunds with no hassle. This issue, while inconvenient, particularly when it pertains to essential recipe ingredients, has been infrequent and managed well enough not to detract from the overall positive experience. Additionally, the app's exclusive deals add to the value proposition. What truly rounds out Giant Direct's service is the amiable and approachable staff, who contribute significantly to its time-saving benefits. Overall, Giant Direct has earned my appreciation for its efficiency and customer-centric approach."

"Stopped into Giant for a few pick me ups and was happy with the selections. This BIG grocery store was orderly and busy. Certain staff members could use a reminder about general manners in regards to letting old lady CUSTOMERS pass first and NOT rushing & moving their work carts so fast as to instill fear in me. Other staff members were present and would have helped me if I asked. The bakery and produce departments were well stocked and appealing. Mission Accomplished! Rated 4 stars and will return to this Giant in the future."

"I haven't been to a Giant food in years.. the upgrades are nice. The olive bar is fresh, hot food wasn't so hot. Deli has boars head. Fresh seafood selection was on point.. and if you so happen to see a robot roll up on you, don't freak out, well at least not out loud.. lol. It's about 6 ft tall on wheels.. It's cleaning the floors."

"This is a "LITTLE KNOWN FACT" regarding Giant. They have Bakery Delights that are "Off The Chain".... Right now, Giant has 6 Donuts for $2.99. Not only is the pricing great, however they taste phenomenal!!! It beats "Dunkin" hands down.... They have Lemon, Boston Cream, Glazed, Jelly, various Icing w/ Sprinkles and so many other varieties. In addition, they ALWAYS have $3.00 & $5.00 Specials. YUM!! Please LIKE & FOLLOW ME......."
