"Great depot where you can find everything you can dream of to help in the kitchen. It is obviously meant for restaurant owners, but it is great that they also allow the general public to buy things in bulk. On certain spices I would have like to Cine middle sizes. For example, I was interested and getting around a pound of allspice, and I had to choose between a 5 pound jug or buying several 8 ounce bottles. Also, some rare items like that 5 pound jug of allspice need to be ordered online and then picked up. So unless you are buying something really common or you live close by, call ahead and make sure they will have everything you need in stock before stopping by. The staff is very friendly and helpful."
