"it's me, i'm the problem i had a really positive experience with BBW, I am a new bicycle commuter with a new e-bike that I had to assemble. I got it together but it needed a once over. so I took it to BBW. They worked on it quickly and as expected, but as I rode it home I felt that it wasn't shifting well. I followed up with BBW who told me to bring it right back. Upon return, the mechanic put it immediately on the stand and assessed it. He then explained that I might have been shifting incorrectly. But he didn;t make me feel like an idiot, and even took the bike for a test ride to confirm. When he returned, he further educated me on some details and sent me on my way, With my newfound knowledge, the bike was great on the ride home. I chose BBW becaue it's a co-op, has a shop kitty, and is close to home, I'll keep going back because the mechanics are kind and genuinely seem to care about their customers."

"Raif JK comments are encouraging. The shop received my new Cannondale on 8/18 and I am currently waiting for the phone call letting me know it is ready for pick-up. It's encounraging to learn the bike will be assembled with thought, precision and care. My rating is currently neutral until I have a chance to ride."

"Friendly and helpful staff. I made an impromptu stop, while on my bike ride to gym and didn't even realize I past it. I needed a phone mount/holder for my bike so I can go exploring without getting lost. The staff directed me to the correct product and installed it for me. I asked his name but had my music playing so it slips my mind. He is pictured below. I'd recommend, it's local and directly before the Jones Falls trail."

"they have a cat named Falkor. look at this wonderful boney buddy. he made sure we were well taken care of! the humans helping me were amazing too. the bike i am riding needs a special key to adjust the seat! and the lovely staff are doing their cool bike research to go find it for me."
