"I had a warranty issue with a salt generator. I called the manufacturer and they referred me to Leslie's and then Leslie's would refer me to the manufacturer. It was extremely frustrating so I went to my local Leslie's store and an employee listened to my frustrations and took ownership of my problem and got a resolution for me. This employee is named Kim and she was terrific to work with and understands the importance of following up and getting things done. I highly recommend Kim and hopefully the other employees would do the same as she did when situations present themselves like this. The prices on chemicals are more expensive here but I'm happy to pay them when you get good service. I also like to support the brick and mortar stores because it's nice talking to someone and they actually can listen to you. Thank you Kim."
"I only gave one star because they didn’t have a lower rating. The young lady that opened the Belair Road in Baltimore pstore today was very rude and dismissive. It was a problem that we came in and interrupted a personal call. I asked for help and I was just pointed toward the product vs being shown, considering I made it clear I didn’t know exactly what I needed. I will never go to this location again. Very sad that we live in a time where bad attitudes are the norm in customer service."
