"The amount of times I’ve left in tears because of the pharmacists’ incompetence and rudeness. They can never figure out how to fill basic prescriptions or get confused with medication coupons even after I’ve gotten medications filled with them for five years. There is one nice pharmacist who is apologetic and tries to be helpful, but the head pharmacist is always so unhelpful and indifferent. He always shrugs and basically says that I’m on my own. My doctors are all fed up with this location too and hate calling in medications here. Honestly why are they even in this profession?"
"I went to pick up a prescription a few days ago. The pharmacist on duty was very helpful and kind to the customers in front of me. The store is well stocked. *I see many negative reviews for this CVS. Note that DC has a lot of crime, including retail theft. This location (like many) is forced to deal with shoplifting and vagrants on a daily basis. It is not easy to operate a pharmacy (or any retail business or restaurant) in an unsafe environment."
"The pharmacy staff is remarkably professional, patient, and kind. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and generous with his time. I have nothing but good to report on this CVS store. It exemplifies an excellent neighborhood pharmacy."
"Courteous staff. Good pharmacy usually a short wait in person. No CVS in the entire city answers the phone and/or comes back shortly after you're put on hold. Seems to be a thing with all of them. So annoying. This one is a little better with the amount of phone waiting time but still not perfect. Prices are a bit more, I guess because of the neighbrohood. ."
"Contrary to the online hours listed, they are NOT open 24 hours. One of the pictures shows me trying to enter the store at 3:20 AM,but the doors were CLOSED. The lights were on- but no one responded!? The confusing part is their signage posted which provides many different hours of operation?Which makes me wonder why they can't empty their trash when they close? Especially since it was full enough to force people to stack garbage on top of the only receptacle! I could understand if this was one time, but almost every time I go to this CVS,there's either trash piled up or all over the parking lot. Besides the roaches crawling around, there is a flattened rat near the entrance that's been there so long it's petrified into the foundation( too gross to photo) On this particular visit when I drove away with the excess packaging from my purchase and a dirty diaper from my little one,I saw thier dumpster and used it instead.Yay! Haha, funny- the gate was wide open and not a single piece of trash was in it!? How hard is it to take out the trash CVS? I actually considered lending a hand and emptying it myself, but my toddler wasn't getting any less fussy and I had my own trash to take out when I got home. Other than that, the location is perfect for picking up our prescriptions on my way home from work."
