"Terrible. I was on hold for almost an hour and also tried calling from a different phone because I reeeally needed a prescription filled. Someone lied and said I was 4th in line on the phone, but I never got through. I called the Walgreens in Langley Park and got through immediately."

"Surveillance in the parking lot. "Loitering is prohibited," announces the loud speaker. What an unfortunate reality that we have to deal with. It's expensive. Many item categories are behind lock and key. You have to ask customer associates to unlock the goods. But, they have all the pharmaceuticals and toiletries you need. It's hard to deny name brand availability. Trust is apparently very low on this block."

"Please bring back the metro refill. You have the setup but you stopped doing it at the CVS at 110 Carol St. NW DC. I always have to go to a CVS 15 minutes away. Besides that, always clean and usually I'm in and out....except for the pharmacy. Yikes lol. Overall a great CVS."

"Terrible pharmacy. I came in to fill my dog’s prescription after recently finding out he has cancer and the pharmacist thought my dog’s antibiotic and steroid prescriptions were copies, when you can clearly see the veterinarian’s signature in black pen indented on the signature line. I went as far as to have my veterinarian’s office call this location to verbally prescribe the medications over the phone. They called and the pharmacist still did not believe that these prescriptions were legitimate. Terrible customer service. Do better."

"This is my go to cvs the staff are very helpful and friendly! I always find everything I’m looking for and it always brightens my day when I see Ms.Juliana , she is the best , she is so nice and kind she is always helpful and is a great representation of that store in all. I really appreciate her and the other associates. They are the best! :-)"
