"I used to like Bond Vet because I can always get an appointment super quickly, and they make everything very simple/easy for me when I go. However, my dog has been very sick two times since I began going to Bond, and both times they have: A) Failed to diagnose him properly by completely downplaying his situation and refusing to to the necessary testing, leaving me to end up at another vet (or the ER) days or weeks later after his issue worsens. and B) Way overcharged me for things that he absolutely did NOT need in those circumstances, according to the other professionals that I ended up speaking to later down the line. I call Bond an Instagram vet because their value proposition is just convenience and aesthetics - not healthcare. You're overpaying for vibes and nothing else."

"Great care. I started bringing my new puppy, a rescue, because my normal vet could not see him for 2 mos. (seriously.) Diego is super nervous around people, and the excellent staff at Bond go out of their way to put him at ease. The care is comprehensive without being excessive. Diego had such a positive experience that I started bringing my other dog, and she has received great preemptive care. (When we moved back to the US, we tried another vet that she hated.). Super happy with Bond. Wonderful care from a wonderful team!"
