"I really liked their walk-in service for my broken commercial blender and decided to request services for deep fryers and flat grill. I had them four times for services and I am not happy with their services. Here are why; For my flat grill, they first visited and said need to change one of thermostats, then I never heard from them for weeks, 1. I had to call them to check status for the part and scheduling. 2. whenever i called, I was told they would get back to me but they never did and I had to call them again and waited. 3. The person I talked to has no sense of customer service. 4. Finally I had a tech visted after almost three weeks, the tech changed the the thermostat but still not working. The tech said he would come back later and of course he did not. 5. I wend the the same urgly proess of 1 to 3 above and had another tech come. After 1-2 hours, he said another part was wrong not thermostat. It was almost lunch time and was so busy with us and he left. Then never got back to us. 6. I waited they never contacted me. Should I beg them to come? 7. After another month (total 3months after), I found that $600+ charged to my credit card without any authorization. I know It is hard to find a good service proveder but I have to try another one."
